If a work request has been submitted before the final 7 days of the month then the hours spent on that task will roll-over into the next month and not be deducted from the new months allotment. Beyond that, hours do not accrue.

Email will do for most communications, but when we need to chat or go in-depth on a topic we can schedule a call. I use Todoist for project/task management.
